I have spent my entire career in the business of transformation. After completing a MEd in Higher Education Administration/College Student Development, I worked at several universities advising and mentoring college students. Over the course of my career, I’ve trained student peer educators and faculty on topics such as mental health, healthy relationships, body image, and career development. My passion for helping others has always been central to my work, whether on wellness committees or in diversity and inclusion planning.
In 2014, I completed an MA in Conflict Analysis and Engagement, focusing on civic development and systemic transformation. My experience as a mediator has deepened my understanding of how to foster healthy communication and resolve conflicts. I've also had the opportunity to work in various roles that align with my commitment to supporting others in building better lives.
After years of living with the demands of a fast-paced life, I realized I needed to focus on my own health and well-being. This journey led me to change my career path and become a holistic health coach. Through training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, I gained a deeper understanding of how physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. In December 2024, I became a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC).
